01 Who we are
CEPHI is a brand of Plexsonic Pte Ltd (UEN 202410512H), registered in Singapore. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Questions and requests concerning personal data may be directed to concierge@maisoncephi.com.
02 What we collect
Through the consultation form: your name, email address, phone number if provided, city and country, and the details of your intended commission. Through correspondence: what you choose to share with the concierge. Through a commission: the commission dossier, including records of material provenance and consent. If you join our mailing list: your email address.
03 How we use it
To respond to enquiries and conduct consultations; to carry out and document commissions; to send maison correspondence to those who have asked to receive it, from which you may unsubscribe at any time; and for internal analysis to improve our services. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers necessary to operate — couriers, laboratories and the platforms described below — each engaged only to the extent their role requires.
04 Confidentiality
Client identity and the circumstances of a commission are kept strictly confidential. Where the maison recounts the story of a commission, it does so anecdotally and without identifying detail; anything that could identify you is published only with your express consent.
05 Storage & transfers
Consultation form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, and correspondence by Google, whose servers may be located outside Singapore; both are engaged under their standard data-protection terms. Commission dossiers are maintained by the maison in Singapore.
06 Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to serve the enquiry. Commission records are retained for the life of the commission and as required for legal, warranty and provenance purposes — the registry that authenticates your stone depends on its records enduring.
07 Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent to its use, or unsubscribe from correspondence at any time by writing to concierge@maisoncephi.com. We respond within the timeframes required by the PDPA.
08 Cookies
This site currently sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Should that change — for example, if analytics or advertising tools are introduced — this policy will be updated and any legally required consent sought first.
09 Changes
Amendments to this policy are posted on this page with a revised date below.
